Capacity Building Training

The Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC), in collaboration with CRSM Consulting, will conduct a series of Capacity-Building Training Sessions in Cambodia. CRSM Consultancy has actively contributed to its clients’ business development in the development & humanitarian sector since its inception in 2011. The Facilitator – Mr. Wasi Haider is a seasoned financial management expert with over 20 years of experience; he has led numerous assignments in project evaluations, financial modeling, and capacity building for NGOs and social enterprises across Pakistan, Thailand, Turkey, and Nepal. With a robust background managing EU/USAID-funded grants during his tenure at the International Rescue Committee, Mr. Wasi excels in budgeting, donor compliance, and financial reporting. His extensive training experience, including sessions on NGO financial management, budgeting, and sustainability in multiple countries, equips him to deliver practical, hands-on insights. Holding a professional qualification in Cost & Management Accountancy, Mr. Wasi combines technical proficiency with a deep commitment to empowering NGOs.
